We can calculate probability distributions according to the number of occurrence of green cards. Probabilities are:

$P(x=0)= \frac{12}{120}= \frac{1}{10}=0.1$
$P(x=1)= \frac{18}{120} = \frac{3}{20}=0.15$  
$P(x=2)= \frac{54}{120}= \frac{9}{20}=0.45$
$P(x=3)= \frac{24}{120}= \frac{1}{5}=0.2$
$P(x=4)= \frac{12}{120}= \frac{1}{10}=0.1$
