How could interspecific competition lead to evolutionary change?
____ [38]

\huge{\green}\fcolorbox{blue}{cyan}{\bf{\underline{\red{\color{red}Answer}}}}

  • When two species compete for the same limiting resource the reduction of the niche overlap may lead to evolutionary changes in both species.
  • Alternatively the competitively dominant species does not change and is maybe even able to expand its niche, and thus reduces niche space available for the other species.

How are nutrients in a tree recycled in the deciduous forest ecosystem?
Mamont248 [21]
As you may know, trees are used to make things like furniture, cottages and paper. Unused paper is then 'thrown in the recycling bin' and recycled (go through the same system to be reused). Deciduous tree leaves specifically, fall off in Autumn so the sticks, trunk, and remains of the tree can be used to make products with the nutrients in the wood. I think this is part of an ecosystem - hope I help! :D
