First we less the sum of 56% and 16% from 100% to get our percentage of visitors under 12.
100 - (56 + 16) = 28
Percentage of visitors under twelve = 28%

Then we take 28% of 1,575.
Easiest done if we use the fraction .28 instead of 28%.
1575 \times 0.28 = 441
Number of visitors under twelve= 441
