Answer:

Shoulder

Explanation:

Shoulder is the body part

The vertebral column right in the middle of our body, we have to look for something lateral to it, this means right next to the vertebral column could be left or right.

Superior means above. The axillary region is a group of body parts, between the neck and the arm where the armpit is, so now we have even a small region to focus on.

Inferior means that is below something, in this case, the cervical region. The cervical region are the vertebra right under the base of the skull until the beginning of the clavicle. So now we the mysterious body part is below the neck.

Proximal means close to the origin or reference point, brachia in this case. Finally, the brachia the part of the arm from the shoulder to the elbow. So if the reference point is brachia, the closest thing of the brachia is the shoulder.

3. How would you date a sample of rock that you suspect as being one of the earliest on Earth? (1 point)
Kay [80]
If I were attempting to date a rock sample that I suspect to be incredibly old, i would use radioactive isotopes with a long half life. When dating rocks and fossils to discover approximately how old they are, radioisotope dating is used on igneous rocks found near fossils. Things like Uranium 235, which is an unstable radioactive isotope of elements, decays at a constant rate over time so can be useful in determining age.

Name 2 differences between plant and animal cells.
Zanzabum

A plant cell contains a large, singular vacuole that is used for storage and maintaining the shape of the cell. In contrast, animal cells have many, smaller vacuoles. Plant cells have a cell wall, as well as a cell membrane. Animal cells simply have a cell membrane, but no cell wall.
