C is the correct answer.

The Fifth Amendment states that:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

The key language is: nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself

1. Existentialism was the leading philosophy of thought to which most modernist writers adhered. (1 point)
jeyben [28]

1. True

Existentialism refers to the philosophy that associated with the principles that all human beings should be free to control their thought, will, and actions. Modernist writers believe that only such freedoms could enable people to fully expressed their idea and creativity to fully influence needed changes in our personal life and society where we live in.

2. False

the prefix ambi- means both ways.

For example, extrovert refers to the people who prefers to interact with a lot of people (such as partying, becoming center of attention, etc). Introverts refers to the people who prefers to spend their time alone (reading books or experimenting)

Ambiverts refers the people who can be extroverts or introverts at time.

3. True

For example, pay attention to these two sentences.

- Timothy take Cheryl to the wedding. (1.)

- Timothy was taken by Cheryl to the wedding. (2)/principle

In the first sentence, the word 'take' act as a verb and can be interpreted as Timothy who is the one that take Cheryl to the wedding.

In second sentence, the word 'take' act as an adjective, and can be interpreted as Cheryl who is the one that take Timothy to the wedding.

How can P.J best revise his conclusion to call his readers to action
12345 [234]
In conclusion, I would recommend not passing any extra questions (so the reader can have a sense of closure). Also, I think the sentence “it is helpful if you already speak a foreign language.” Should be removed because it puts a limitation on the reader and makes them feel like they have an intimidating obligation. I would suggest something along the lines of:

Volunteering overseas is a unique and positive way to explore the world. The cost is often reasonable and the benefits obtained far outweigh the negatives. One can travel to magnificent new places and be able to make a difference where it is really needed. It cannot be recommended enough to engage in there wonderful opportunities as they are truly life-changing in their impact.

If you view states as unitary actors, you assume competing national interest groups have to work to create a unitary national interest.

Answer: Option A

Explanation:

The unitary entertainer presumption treats states as a solitary element that attempts to boost national interest, extensively characterized. Hence, can find the political separation between the leaders and the citizens.

(Along these lines, "national interest" could mean the states are exceptionally big-hearten). While such cleavages surely exist, they will exist at the same time with the issues and so many problems .
