Total number of cans that need to be collected = 325
Number of cans collected in first week = 135
Number of cans collected in the second week = 89
The number of cans collected in third week = c
Then the inequality equation will be
135 + 89 + c = 325
224 + c = 325
c = 325 - 224
   = 101
So at least 101 cans are required to meet the goal and more that 101 cans will surpass the goal.

2/3(x-2)=-2<br>how would I solve this
xeze [42]

Answer:

x =(5/3)

Step-by-step explanation:

The given expression is \frac{2}{3(x-2)}  = -2

Now to simplify it,

The first step is to cross multiply.

So, the expression becomes

\frac{2}{(-2)}  = 3(x-2)

or, -1  = 3x - 6

⇒  3x = -1 + 6

⇒ 3x = 5 , or x =(5/3)
