I'd say that the answer is D - warning : fate. Because fate is almost synonymous with predestination, meaning something that is bound to happen, that is - fate. Whereas premonition means having a strong feeling that something is about to happen, usually unpleasant. So warning is here to, well, warn us about what is going to happen.
