I couldn’t remember how to solve this problem, so I just took a guess based off of similar problems. I believe it is wrong becau

se when you add up my two answers for EF and FG (to the right. 15 and 18) it obviously doesn’t equal 12 like EG is supposed to. Could someone tell me either what I might have done wrong, or if I just completely did everything wrong? I thought maybe if I solved for X and then plugged that in it would give me the answers, so that’s what I tried to do.

Answer:

EF=3

FG= 9

Mark Brainliest pls

Follow me pls

Hope it helps mate.

Step-by-step explanation:

<em><u>Given</u></em> - EG=12

EF=2x-3

FG = x+6

<em><u>Solution</u></em><em><u>-</u></em>

We know that EG= EF+FG

putting given values

12= 2x-3 +x+6

3x+3=12

3x=9

x =3

EF=2x-3 = 2×3-3 = 3

FG = x+6 = 3+6 = 9

PLZ ANSWER! REALLY NEED HELP AND WILL MARK BRAINLIEST!!! PLZZZZZ!!!
olga nikolaevna [1]

Answer:

C.

Step-by-step explanation:

1) the slope-interception form of the given line is:

y=s*x+i, where s - the slope, i - interception;

according to the condition it is

y=1/8*x+i;

2) if to substitute the coordinates of the given point (-10;4) into the slope-interception form, then:

4=1/8* (-10)+i, ⇒ i=21/4;

the equation of the given line is:

y=1/8*x+21/4

3) according to the condition the given point with the coordinates (-6;w) belongs to the line. It means, it is possible to substitute its coordinates into the equation, then calculate the value of the 'w':

w=1/8*(-6)+21/4; ⇒ w=9/2.

Answer C. 9/2

Note: the suggested option is not the only.

Multiply or divide as indicated. Leave your answer with no factors in the denominator. p⁻⁴q⁵r⁶/p⁻³qr⁻²
KIM [24]

Answer: \frac{q^4r^8}{p}

Step-by-step explanation:

By the Negative exponent rule, we know that:

a^{-1}=\frac{1}{a}

By the Quotient of powers property, we know that:

\frac{a^m}{a^n}=a^{(m-n)

And by the Product of powers property, we know that:

(a^m)(a^n)=a^{(m+n)}

Applying this properties, we get:

\frac{p^{-4}q^5r^6}{p^{-3}qr^{-2}}=\frac{p^3q^5r^6r^2}{p^4q}=\frac{q^4r^8}{p}
