                                 = 3 children

so

No of cards given = Total cards / total children

                              = 126 / 3

                               = 42 cards

So each child will get a total of 42 cards


No 4:

Total floor boards = 60

Width of floor = 14 feet wide

To find the length of each floor board when the each floor board is of same width

Now

Width of each floor board = Width of floor/total floor boards

                                            = 14 / 60

                                             =0.23 feet

So each floor board is 0.23 feet wide
