Understanding the six ‘skill related fitness’ components which are : agility, balance, power, how fast you are, your reaction time, and how coordinated you are.
Now. Standing long jump, requires skill in power. Let me explain:

Power is the ability to constrict your muscles as quickly as possible. Power, then, uses strength and speed.

I dont know how many components you are allowed to use, but if its just one, say Power, if its more than one, then power, strength, and speed.
