Answer:

The 1st group of dogs

Explanation:

The control group in an experiment is the group that does not receive treatment, or the one that is not subjected to the independent variable. A control group is used to determine that no other influence or other outside variables would cause the change in the subjects.

For example, if the dogs in the control group would experience the same changes that the dogs that were tested (the ones that got caffeine), then that would mean that it was not the caffeine that elicited the change in the subject.

What is responsible for the uneven heating that drives wind and ocean
Butoxors [25]

Answer:

A

Explanation:

The earth is tilted at an average of 23.5 degrees. This means that in some seasons, the north pole is tilted towards the sun and in some seasons it is tilted away from the sun. The sun seems to vary in position over an year as the earth revolves around the star. The sun, therefore, variably and differentially heats the regions of the earth. The regions that are heated more form low-pressure system that drives winds.

For A person on crutches, an incline plane is more helpful than stairs because
Ymorist [56]

Answer:

An inclined plane is a simple machine. An inclined plane is a ramp used to reduce the effort needed to raise or lower an object over a vertical height.

It is easier to climb stairs to get to a second floor than to climb straight up a rope. It is easier to walk up a long, gentle hill than to climb up a short, steep hill , both condition work is done by gravity which is conservative force. So work is same. But if we will take friction force then for your kind information total world done on plane will be more than stairs due to longer path of plane were against of non conservative force.

The following are examples of inclined planes:

*  Loading ramp

* Stairs or wheelchair ramp

* Mountain road

* Threaded screw.

The ancient Egyptians used inclined planes, or ramps, to move huge blocks of stone to build the pyramids.
