So, we could say japan has a higher state of development then most countries cause techniquely they use their energy most efficiently, being quite a competitive part of the world
Cuba, on the other hand, lacks transparency and coordination in developing strategies , the hedonic needs being preserved and perpetuated by the cubans and the naturalised population, geopolical influences remaining to be looked into.
