There are three genotypes.

  • Homozygous - Having two dominant genes.
  • Heterozygous - Having one dominant gene and one recessive gene.
  • Homozygous - Having two recessive genes.

If two organisms are dominant for a specific trait and produce an offspring that is recessive for that particular trait, the parent organisms have a heterozygous genotype.

Which field of earth science seeks to understand why Jupiter's moon has so many active volcanoes?
Ray Of Light [21]

Answer:

Explanation:

Jupiter's fifth moon, Io, is the most volcanically active body in the solar system. Plumes of sulfur spew upward as high as 190 miles. The surface of Io is splotched with lava lakes and floodplains of liquid rock.

Astronomers have mapped about 150 volcanoes on the moon, some of which blast lava 250 miles (400 km) out into space. There are volcanoes all over Io's surface, and as scientists perform observations they still occasionally see new hotspots pop up. For example, NASA's Juno spacecraft, which is currently orbiting Jupiter, found a possible new hotspot on Io on Dec. 16, 2017.(k r

In "the man in the water," what was the remarkable occurrence that rosenblatt reported?
N76 [4]

Answer:

The Man in the Water interested Rosenblatt.

Here are the remarkable occurrence that rosenblatt reported:

1. The real act of SELFLESSNESS that the Man in the Water showed as he sacrificed himself for others.

2. The Man in the Water was a real person, just like any other person with flesh and blood.

He showed SELF-SACRIFICE which is rare in today's world. He gave up his own survival for total strangers by passing his lifeline or a flotation ring given to him by the rescue team on to another of the passengers.
