I am not doing that with sin, cos and pythagorean theorem.
DEFINITION: we call TAN x=sin x / cos x
This means that in a right triangle the tangent of an angle is the ration of opposed side by adjacent side.

Times 11 by 30 and 6 by x. You should get 6x=330. then divide 6 by 330 and you'll get 55. x=55<span />
