This might be confusing for some people but if you want to find the asymptote y=2, it will be a horizontal line, going through the y-axis. And an x asymptote would be vertical, going through points on the x-axis. And bc the graph is a growth, it would start from the left of the graph ( closer to the origin (0,0) and keep increasing towards the positive numbers
