I see no option choices but a phobia is defined as an extreme irrational fear. Fear is your response to what you perceive as a threat and a phobia is more of a disorder, causing great anxiety disproportionate to the cause of your fear.

A phobia is similar to a fear with one key difference: the anxiety they experience is so strong that it interferes with their quality of life and/ or their ability to function. Whereas many people fear spiders, only a small subsection of the population will meet criteria for a spider phobia. People who have a spider phobia often spend considerable time worrying about spiders, spend an inordinate amount of time ensuring they do not come in contact with a spider, and will avoid places and activities in order to avoid spiders.
Making a distinction between a fear and a phobia is useful because they are qualitatively very different problems.

Compare the government under the articles of confederation was one of the contemporary confederation of nations
Katen [24]

United Nations: They make decisions on the world. They tried to make peace throughout the world after WWll.

Similarity: They tried to help out. They both had weak central power with each state or country having their own sovereignty. They both tried to unite things; the Articles tried to unite the colonies and the UN united all of the nations within the organization. They both can suggest things and little power to enforce it.

Difference: Articles of Confederation: the framers made decisions of the colonies. The articles made peace within the colonies. Organized the government so that people would stop disputing over what kind of government they should have. UN united the nations to help everyone, and the Articles tried to unite the country to help themselves.
