Answer: The most likely explanation for the fact that people with more overweight usually tend to lose weight faster than people with less overweight is that when implied in the same low calorie rate diet and program of exercises, people with more overweight often burn more calories because the ammount of weight they use during exercise forces the body to apply a greater level of strength.

Explanation:

Applying a greater level of strength during exercise implies higher intensity fat burn in terms of energy at a cellular level, or so it's believed!

However, it's a scientifically known fact that overexercising it's not healthy and could be highly risky for the heart and the body in general.
