Put down your phone, unwind, and read a book. I always drink a cup of tea before I go to bed, becomes it slows down neurotic parts of your brain, and helps you retain information better for school. Sleep is important, your goal is to get at least 8 hours per night. Phones displace blue light, which burns into your mind and makes your eyes hurt, so a general rule of thumb is to turn it off by 7 at night.

Now, I may be a hypocrite, but I usually have a blue light filter on, and I only picked up my phone now to answer your essential question. Good luck in sleep, and good night.

Which factors affect how people develop their body image?
givi [52]
I would say all of the following can affect how someone develops their body image except health care.

Religion, media, culture, and family can all have an affect on how someone carries themselves. For example, the media and someone's family/friends might promote a certain image that one's religion or cultural background would find unacceptable.

Help antimicrobial resistance is a broad term used to address any microorganism that has developed the ability to adapt and grow
Harlamova29_29 [7]

Answer:

The statement is true, since antimicrobial resistance refers to the resistance developed —through mutation— by a bacterium to antibiotics, which adapt and grow in spite of the existence of the drug.

Explanation:

Antimicrobial resistance is due to the ability developed by some organisms —especially bacteria— to be unaffected by the presence of an antibiotic, intended to prevent their development and growth.

When a bacterium is exposed to an antibiotic, its organism develops -through successive mutations- mechanisms to prevent the action of the drug, a characteristic that will be transmitted to its descendants. Antimicrobial resistance serves as an example for evolution by natural selection, since resistant bacteria survive and those that have not mutated do not.
