In weighted-criteria evaluation system we must weigh each of the values, taking into account their relative weight, and then add each of the values to obtain the final result.

Consequently, the calculations to be carried out are the following:

Quality  0.25 x 90 = 22.5

Responsiveness 0.10 x 90 = 9

Delivery  0.20 x 80 = 16

Cost   0.25 x 80 = 20

Technology  0.20 x 90 = 18

The total score is the result of adding all the weighted values of each category.

22.5 + 9 + 16 + 20 + 18 = 85.5
