Answer:

In their conservation, Jane Eyre and Edward Fairfax Rochester both try to draw each one out of there hidden character. Jane tries to understand the behavior of Rochester towards her in the beginning, which eventually changed when Jane saves him from fire. Rochester tries to understand her because she is quite different from the other female he has ever meet. She had lived as a life of a nun with refined thought, which always puzzles Rochester. They both speak as equal rather than as master and employee.

They converse about each other's personalities, about treating people directly and on equal terms. It seems to her that Rochester sometimes speaks as if he were reading her mind.

Answer:

Correct answers are:

A. Dictatorship of the Roman emperors

B. Inefficiency of the Roman soldiers

Explanation:

Option A is correct because Roman emperors were rather incompetent. Their region was harsh and people didn't like them in general. That made internal problems in the country.

Option B is also correct because through time Roman army lost its stability and discipline. Many mercenaries were part of it, and this led to its inefficiency.

Option C is not correct as new capital that was created on the east was the source of stability on the East. But, Western Empire had its own problems.
