    Four order pairs are ( 2, 5 ), ( 4, 8 ), ( 6, 11 ), ( 0, 2). All those I cited are whole numbers so that should help plot them, and from there get a ruler or straight edge and align all the dots to create the line for the equation. The equation you gave was the standard form which was created out of the formula to find a equation it's y = mx + b, there could be small variations made. How I know it's proportional is because all linear equations are. But if that's not enough I also know since there's a ratio or pattern that it follows and doesn't stray from. In more depth, porportional relationship is a ratio between y and x which is the same thing everytime shown if simplified.

How do I solve f+4/g=6 for f showing my work
V125BC [204]

We have two solutions for this problem based on the given equation.

<u><em>Answer #1:</em></u>

<u>If the given equation was:</u>

f + \frac{4}{g} = 6

To solve for f, we would need to isolate the "f" on one side of the equation.

In case of the above equation, we can simply do that by subtracting \frac{4}{g} from both sides of the equation

<u>This would give:</u>

f + \frac{4}{g} - \frac{4}{g} = 6 - \frac{4}{g}

f = 6 - \frac{4}{g}

<u><em>Answer #2:</em></u>

<u>If the given equation was:</u>

\frac{f+4}{g} = 6

To solve for f, we would still need to isolate the "f" on one side of the equation.

<u>This can be done as follows:</u>

\frac{f+4}{g} = 6 ................> multiply both sides by (g)

f + 4 = 6g ................> subtract 4 from both sides of the equation

f + 4 - 4 = 6g - 4

f = 6g - 4

Hope this helps :)

I think its 24 because 6*2 equals 12 but you cant multiply 8 by anything to get 12
with 24 6*4 equals 24 and 8*3 equals 24
