30).
Sarah's hourly wage . . . . . . . w
Sarah worked last week . . .  (5 + 3) = 8 hours
Sarah's total pay last week . . . (5w + 3w) = 8w

31).
Noah's hourly wage . . . . . . . w
Noah worked last week . . .  8 hours
Noah's total pay last week . . . 8w

32).
Yes !  By golly, the expressions are equivalent.

Sarah and Noah are both paid for the number of
hours that they work in a week.  It doesn't matter
how the hours are spread out during the week.
Only the total number of hours in the week is what counts.

Sarah worked on two days and Noah worked on only
one day, but they both worked the same number of hours,
so they both earned the same total pay last week..

Name the shapes that make up the Texas state flag. Are any of the shapes regular polygons? Explain.
Vesnalui [34]
3 rectangles. 1 star. The star is regular because all sides are of equal length and all angles are equal. The rectangles aren't regular because they have unequal sides when their angles are equal. P.S This is my first time answering a question. Don't be mad if its wrong.
