ay “I failed that math test because my teacher doesn’t like me.” Instead of “I can do this,” say “I’m not smart enough.” Instead of “I can never do this,” say “I’ve done things like this before.” Instead of “I should have passed that math test,” say “I failed that math test because I always have bad luck.”

Answer:

Instead of “I can do this,” say “I’m not smart enough.”

Explanation:

Positive thoughts is basically seeing the bright side of things from your past and present while having confidence and optimism in the future. In other words, positive thinking means that you have confidence and stimulate some aspect of your life. An example of positive thinking is the phrase "I can do this".

Negative thoughts are those that bring a bad and pessimistic perspective on any aspect of an individual's life. Negative thinking leaves a person unmotivated, exalts his or her flaws, and results in a serious situation of discomfort. An example of negative thinking is the phrase "I'm not smart enough."

Thomas needs to increase his intake of fat. Which food is a healthy option that he could include in his diet?
dusya [7]
The healthiest option would be the cheese because cheese contains both healthy and non-healthy fats, the second best choice would be nuts, although they contain more protein than fat.

tino4ka555 [31]

Answer:

there is this girl young i saw at the grocery store. she had blonde hair, blue eyes, and shes fairly short. she was very intresting. She was always doing something like, talking, hanging out with her family, and doing her favorite thing. dont ask her what her favorite actiyity was though. when she sould just answer "cheer" she would go on and on and on about it. she would start making up cheers and dances when she was happy. like when she was in science class and she knew the answer because she could just be herself in that class. science was her favorite subject she gets that from her dad. Her gym coach always chosse her to be team captian, but she never chosse the "good" kids. She chosse the ones that she wanted to give a chance. Not because she felt sorry for them. but because they were diffrent from other kids. they were intresting, unique and wernt like all the other kids, same-old-same-old. They gave her that peice in her life that she needed, helping. she loved to help other people, to give someone guidence, and knowing when she needed help they would help her. In fact thats what she wanted to do with her life. she wanted to be a helper. she wanted to help kids. from the age she was a kid she wanted to help other kids. if there was a question she would answer it but, if she thought she was answering too many question and talking too much the didnt answer because she didnt like those types of people. she tried to get everyone to perticipate in class and engouraged people that wasent to sure in there answers. she helped them so that they were but when she needed help she wouldent be afraid to ask. That was the quality about her that nobody else had.
