"Who would oversee the rebuilding of a Southern economic infrastructure?" and "<span>Once millions of slaves were set free, what would become of them?" would be the best option from the list, since it was never considered that individual states would not be allowed to rejoin the union.</span>

The land allowed companies to send settlers there, as people went there to farm or get rich quickly

I think the answer you may be looking for is he invented the printing press. His most famous accomplishment is the Gutenberg Bible. He is known as the father of printing. However, if you research it, you'll find different results, such as the Chinese beat Gutenberg by a full thousand years in that they invented the first printing press.
