As you may know, forest systems are very important for maintaining the life of our planet. In addition to harboring great biodiversity, forest systems can offer a wide range of raw materials needed for countless human activities such as vegetables for food, wood for building houses, substances for the production of medicines, latex for the production of rubber, among others.

These resources offered by forest systems are called provisioning services and, as already mentioned, they are essential for our survival, for this reason, we must remove them from nature responsibly and in a sustainable way.
