it better to be free because if you are safe there are restrictions but if you are free there aren't

No,

If the U.S was free instead of safe there would be complete chaos . People would pass red lights causing car accidents. Illegal things would be transported and many people can be killed and hurt. This will cause prices for things to go up . And people will not be scared of police and the laws.War and other horrible things would happen .
