Permanent clearing of forest by various methods is called deforestation. The cleared land is used for the various purposes such as planting crops, making roads, buildings. The destruction of forest trees on mass scale is carried out in various ways such as burning of trees and cutting of trees making the land complete barren. After wards barren land is used as per the need of native people.
