Simplify:

The equation is already simplified =====>  (6x²     -     x      -     1)/(x        -    1)

Solve:

Solution   (6x²    -    x    -    1)/(x      -    1)    =======>   6x    +   5    +    4/x    -   1

Steps:

Apply Long Division on:

(6x²    -   x   -   1)/(x    -   1)

Divide:

(6x²    -   x   -   1)/(x    -   1):

(6x²    -   x   -   1)/(x    -   1)      =     6x    +    5x   -  1/x   -   1

=          6x     +    5x    -    1/x     -    1

Divide:

5x    -   1/x   -   1

5x     -    1/x   -   1

=        5     +     4/x     -   1

Answer      ======>    6x     +    5     +    4/x     -   1

Hope that helps!!!!!                                       : )

WORK
Double 14 is 24, but to show that in an expression you must put 14×2.
Put that in parenthesis to show you must do that first =(14×2).
Add -9 after (14×2) and that equals 15.
ANSWER
(14×2)-9= 15

Question 1) The sequence 6, 18, 54, 162,... shows the number of pushups Kendall did each week, starting with her first week of e
lord [1]

Answer:

See explanation

Step-by-step explanation:

Now we have to know what type of sequence that 6, 18, 54, 162,... is

Recall that for a geometric sequence, the common ratio (r) is constant

r = 18/6 = 3

r = 54/18 = 3

r = 162/54 = 3

The recursive formula for the geometric sequence is; a_{n} = 3 a_{n-1}

The iterative formula is a_{n} = a_{o} .3^{n}
