Yes, these types of statements are legal.

We can say that Mikel is giving Mr. Lemp an exaggerated or subjective opinion about the house. Even though these statements are unethical and considered "puffing", in the Real Estate world, they are still legal as long as Mikel doesn't violate the Federal Fair Housing Laws.

castortr0y [4]

Answer:

Lack of jobs and expensive housing

Explanation:

Rural to Urban migration is very influential in most megacities settlements and this will lead to squatter settlements. For example State like Lagos which is Nigeria is one of the most populous State in the world due to its high population, Rural to Urban migration is very common in this part and the more the population the more pressure for the Government to build infrastructure for employment so in that process there will be lack of jobs and even for them to afford normal apartment will be difficult therefore it will lead to squatter settlement for them.

Law that would mandate a company that makes protein powder to recall a defective batch that crossed state borders is

Consumer Products Safety Act

Explanation:

Consumer Products Safety Act was passed in 1972 and is the precursor to stricter regulations in product placement and quality control.

According to the law it is possible to book a company for advertising a product that it is not viable to advertise for and to ban a product or recall it when it deemed to be harmful for the public.
