It is applied by the governments to reduce crime, stop illegal practices, strictly enforce the law in the area and maintain the criminal justice law. Situational crime prevention (SCP) also work to decline the harmful effects of crime in the society by correcting the situational reasons behind the incidents in the environments where the criminal activities are in regular notice.
