Answer: Option A -- Can request the consent of the person to pull the object out.

Explanation: It's within the power of a police officer to request the consent of any individual he's suspecting to have been armed to pull the object out, most especially if the officer is unsure of what he/she put in the pocket, but he feels or thinks could possibly be a small baggie containing drugs. This information is enough for him to take such action.

Margarita [4]

Answer:

The answer is: the functionalist perspective.

Explanation:

In sociology, the functionalist perspective states that every institution plays a specific role in the maintance of society. According to this perspective, education is functional to society because it meets its needs of different type of workers and personnel; educational inequalities are not necessarily negative, since society needs workers in high-status positions but it also needs 'blue collar workers', therefore, contemporary education, from this perspective, plays its role in meeting society's needs.

One effect of the bracero program was that mexican workers could do what
zvonat [6]
From 1942 to 1947, only a relatively small number of braceros were admitted, accounting for less than 10 percent of U.S hired workers. Yet both U.S and Mexican employers became heavily dependent on braceros for willing workers; bribery was a common way to get a contract during this time. Consequently, several years of short-term agreement led to an increase in undocumented immigration and a growing preference for operating outside of the parameters set by the program. Moreover, Truman's Commission on Migratory Labor in 1951 disclosed that the presence of Mexican workers depressed the income of American farmers, even as the U.S Department of State urged a new bracero program to counter the popularity of communism in Mexico. Furthermore, it was seen as a way for Mexico to be involved in the Allied armed forces. The first braceros were admitted on September 27, 1942, for the sugar-beet harvest season. From 1948 to 1964, the US imported on average 200,000 braceros per year.

Which body of congress approves nominations, in other words "advices and consents"?.
Nady [450]

The Senate is the body of congress that advices and consents or approves nominations.

The Senate is also the body of Congress that must approve any and all treaties negotiated and signed by the President.

The constitution established this body of congress in the legislative branch of government, stating that it should be divided into three classes.

Moreover, the United States Senate is the only legislative body with the authority to try an impeached official. To convict someone who has been impeached, they only need 2/3 of the vote!

However, the only penalty for being impeached is removal from office.
