D) run away because if you have enough time to get away you in less of a danger inside then out and once your outside go to the closest neighbors house and call the cops

This is the safest option, since you haven't been seen. A and B are dangerous because you don't know whether or not the robber is armed. Calling the police will betray your location. Running away will give you much more time. You can also ask other people for help and call the police once you get to a safe distance.
