If it’s psychology. Then the therapist will give them “homework” which is basically a diary and u will write down every time the patient feels social anxiety then after a period of weeks they will have another session and as the sessions progress the patient will feel less social anxiety as from the diary the therapist can see what exactly makes them feel this way. Eg: what situations make the patient feel like this.
