Peers have a big influence on drinking. More than you think. Binge drinking could be a result of thinking that all of their problems will vanish. This could be because of bullying. People have this dream of feeling numb because of it, like their whole world of problems will disappear with a drink of a beer. Although, peers can be a deadly influence, they can also be a great healthy impact on the individual and their drinking. They can help each other be alcohol free. They can tell each other the bad things that come with alcohol, including death

An example of cardio-respiratory endurance activity is running a 25 yard (A short) sprint.
Natalka [10]

Answer:

False

Explanation:

A cardio-respiratory endurance activity, or aerobic exercise, should help you build up stamina to be able to do a physical activity for longer. It helps you train your body, lungs, and heart to use oxygen more efficiently.

Some examples are distance running, swimming, brisk walking and cycling.

A short, 25 yard sprint won't help you build up endurance, because it only lasts for 25 yards. It is an example of an anaerobic exercise, which is when you preform an exercise with maximum effort for a short period of time.

Therefore, this is false, a short sprint is not an example of a cardio-respiratory endurance activity.
