Add  the cost of your sweater, cost of your jacket and cost of your socks together. Then subtract that from $125. Then whatever your answer is divide that by $22.50 and you will find out how many pairs of shoes you can buy.

First you need to add the cost of everything then you want to subtract by $125 . When your done your going to have 71.49 try to find how many time can 22.50 go into 71.49 which is 3 times with 3.99 dollars left over . Hope it helps ❤️

Find the area of the parallelogram with vertices: (2,2,0),(5,3,0),(4,7,0),and(7,8,0).
PtichkaEL [24]

Answer:

13 square units

Step-by-step explanation:

Let  the vertices of parallelogram are

A(2,2,0),B(5,3,0),C(4,7,0) and D(7,8,0)

Side AB=B-A=-=

Side AD=D-A=-=

We know that

Area of parallelogram=Magnitude of product of adjacent sides

AB\times AD=\begin{vmatrix}i&j&k\\3&1&0\\5&6&0\end{vmatrix}

AB\times AD=

\mid AB\times AD\mid=\sqrt{x^2+y^2+z^2}

\mid AB\times AD\mid=\sqrt{0+0+(13)^2}

Where x=Component along x-axis

y=Component along y- axis

z=Component along z-axis

\mid AB\times AD\mid=13Square units

Hence, the area of parallelogram=13 square units

Find the quadratic equation for y=x^2+6x-7
LenKa [72]

Answer:

x = -1 or x = 7

Step-by-step explanation:

From my understanding, y will be zero and you have to find the value of x.

Step 1: Middle term break

y = x² + 6x - 7

x² + 6x - 7 = 0

x² - 7x + x - 7 = 0

Step 2: Solve

x(x-7) + 1(x-7) = 0

(x+1) (x-7) = 0

x = -1 or x = 7

Therefore, the value of x is either -1 or 7.
