There are two ways overweight Oscar is in his condition . they are because of his lack of eating healthy foods, and lack of exercise. 70% of overweight issues are from eating unhealthy. how they can improve is playing outside/working out for at least five minutes a day and gradually working up to being able to work 30 minutes. and to slowly start eating less junk foods and more healthy foods, and drink lots of water.
