The answer is C 4.29 kilometers.

First, multiply 0.55 × 5 = 2.75
( we multiply by 5 because there are 5 days in a week )
Then, we multiply 0.55 × 1.4 = 0.77
( we multiply by 1.4 because it said 1.4 times as the weekdays )
After that, we take 0.77 and multiply it by 2, like this 0.77 × 2 = 1.54
( we multiply by 2 because there are 2 days in the weekend )
Finally, we add 1.54 + 2.75 = 4.29

That's how you get your answer C 4.29 kilometers

Hope this helps!!

NemiM [27]

Answer:

There are 10 counters in the bag and you want the 4

As their is only one for the probability is

1/10

There are now 9 counters left in the bag.

You only want the even ones , which are 2 6 8 and 10 ( four has been taken out)

There are only four even counters in the bag of nine counters so the probability is

4/9

As you want both of these to occur, you need to multiply them

1/10 x 4/9 = 49/90

Anettt [7]

Answer:

126°

Step-by-step explanation:

1. We know that 54 degrees and its adjacent are a linear pair, meaning that they add up to 180 degrees. To find the measure of the adjacent angle, we subtract 54 from 180.

 • 180 - 54
 • 126

2. Now, we know that adjacent of 54 is 126. Also, we know that l ║ m ║ n, and x and 126 degrees are corresponding angles. Corresponding angles are congruent within angle measures, so x = 126 degrees.

What is the value of 8(x-3.7)
vekshin1
8(x-3.7)

To find this, you must first use the distributive property.
8 • x = 8x
8 • -3.7 = -29.6

8(x-3.7) = 8x - 29.6

Since there is no way to completely solve this since it's only an expression and not an equation, this is in simplest form.
