What's the best way to remember what you study?

For me the best way to remember is to take your time and say the words out load, and have someone question you on it so you know what you need to study more.

Get enough sleep. Focus take breaks when needed. Also studies show if you go to sleep memorizing you will wake up knowing it way better.
