Genetic engineering can be used to create more productive strains of farm animals. By adding genes to an animal’s DNA, the anima

l can be made to produce milk or meat containing vital nutrients that would not be found naturally in those products. This provides a greater amount of nutrients per serving of milk or meat.
Do you think that this type of genetic engineering should be pursued?

What are some possible impacts (positive and negative) of this type of genetic engineering on individuals, society, and the environment?

Lipids are important to living things for all of the following reasons, EXCEPT that they are
ololo11 [35]

Answer:

D

Explanation:

Proteins are not made of lipids chained together but rather of amino acids chained together. Lipids are made of fatty acid chains joined to various molecules - like glycerol and phosphate that make phospholipids -  Phospholipids make up the cell membrane of most cells. Fats are deposited under the dermis of the skin for insulation and this layer is thicker in animals that live in the cold regions. During starvation, these fats are taken from their reserves and broken down to provide energy for the body.

How are photosynthesis and cellular respiration related
Llana [10]
Photosynthesis is how a plant get its energy, cellular respiration converts energy into ATP then it releases waste. Kinda like letting the plants breathe. They are related because Photosynthesis makes the glucose that is used in cellular respiration to make ATP. The glucose is then turned back into carbon dioxide, which is used in photosynthesis. While water is broken down to form oxygen during photosynthesis, in cellular respiration oxygen is combined with hydrogen to form water.
