Mr. Johnson was 46 years old two years ago, so currently Mr. Johnson is:
46 years old+ 2 years (old)= 48 years old.

Mr. Johnson is currently four times as old as his son David, so now David is:
48 years old* (1/4)= 12 years old.

David is 12 years old now.

Hope this helps~
