Lipids is defined as the any of a group of organic composite that are fatty acids or their derivatives are insoluble in water(H2O) but soluble in organic solvents. They involve many natural oils, waxes, and steroids.
Types of lipids : three main types of lipids triacylglycerols (also known as triglycerides), phospholipids, and sterols.
a. Glycerophospholipids : It is prevalent lipids in non-photosynthetic entity.
b. Fats : Is lipids because lipids includes fats and are help in strengthning the cells entity of living being.
c. Cellulose : It is a carbohydrate which is a source of fiber.
d. Enzymes : Biological catalyst .i.e., protein.
e. Steroids : As lipids includes steroids so it is lipid.
f. Waxes : Included so clearly a lipid.
g. Oils : Included so clearly a lipid.
Hence (a), (b), (e), (f), (g) are the lipids.
