Personal opinions and advice are appreciated and welcomed, no wrong answers, but i cant get organized with anything, not papers,

a closet and definitely not life, than I get distracted and I don't think and lose stuff or forget about it before my Brain can fully grasp it, any note taking ideas, memory remedies or tips on how to focus and improve the ability of my brain to not totally forget and to get focused. Any suggestions on app's, websites, games? Or a certain type of organizer or tool that can help you learn how to manage your goals properly and is easy to use and can provide you access to more information? I'm going to be going back to school after dropping out for like years and I'm still not ready for it. But I'm really trying to get prepared and I'm pregnant so my brain isn't really functioning as well as the brain is supposed to. HELP PLEAS

Slowing down or stopping an activity because you can't catch your breath is one sign of COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary dise
vredina [299]
COPD, or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, pretty much says it all. In COPD the Bronchioles (the pathways of air to the Aveoli), become inflamed and are occluded by mucus, because the Cilia which are responsible for pushing it out of the tract have been damaged. Because of the narrowing, the Aveoli attempt to increase the surface area so that more oxygen can be absorbed by the lungs, however this can lead to a problem as the dead space (space that is not the aveoli and can be absorbed) is then expanded as well, which leads to shortness of breath.

In a self-service food area what practice is not required?
IrinaVladis [17]

Answer:

Raw and ready-to-eat food, raw, unpackaged meat and poultry ect. cannot be offered for self-service. You can not let refills on used plats. Pathogens such as Norovirus can easily be transferred by reused plates and utensils.

Hope this helped -Paige
