Personal opinions and advice are appreciated and welcomed, no wrong answers, but i cant get organized with anything, not papers,

a closet and definitely not life, than I get distracted and I don't think and lose stuff or forget about it before my Brain can fully grasp it, any note taking ideas, memory remedies or tips on how to focus and improve the ability of my brain to not totally forget and to get focused. Any suggestions on app's, websites, games? Or a certain type of organizer or tool that can help you learn how to manage your goals properly and is easy to use and can provide you access to more information? I'm going to be going back to school after dropping out for like years and I'm still not ready for it. But I'm really trying to get prepared and I'm pregnant so my brain isn't really functioning as well as the brain is supposed to. HELP PLEAS
