-- Slope:
   Every time you add a topping, the cost increases by $2.
   So the slope is $2 per topping.

           C = 2t  so far

-- But that can't be the whole equation.
   If it were the whole equation, then the cost of a pizza
   with no toppings would be zero.
   The cost of a pizza with no toppings is actually $8 ,
   so the whole equation is

              C  =  2t + 8 .

Find the perimeter of a rectangle with l = 1.2 m and w = 0.6 m.
Umnica [9.8K]
The answer is C. This is because the formula to find the perimeter is Length+length+width+width. So, 1.2 + 1.2 + 0.6 + 0.6 = 3.6

a salt truck drops 39 kilograms of salt per minute. how many grams of salt does the truck drop per second
PilotLPTM [1.2K]
Multiply by 1 minute/60 seconds

the minutes cancel out and youre left with 0.65 kilograms per second

you then multiply by 1000 grams/1 kilogram

the kilograms cancel out and youre left with 650 grams per second
