To find the answer all you have to do is simply round the number.

If the number in the hundredths place is lower than 5, the number in the tenths stays the same.

If the number in the hundredths place is 5 or higher then the number in the tenths will increase by one.

Also if the number in the hundredths place is 5 then it really doesn't matter if you go up or down but it is recommended that you go up.
