(This depends on if you are left or right handed. I will use right for this example.)

Wash the apple under water to get any bacteria off. Hold the apple in your right hand with a firm grip. Bite into the side of the apple being careful not to take to big of a bite. Proceed to eat untill there is only a core left. You can either throw away the core or feed it to deer in your backyard.
