Organisms share many conserved core processes and features, including transcription and translation using a uniform genetic code

. scientists have used these shared processes and features in biotechnology. for example, for the process of some transformations, a plasmid is constructed when a eukaryotic gene of interest is added with an antibiotic resistant gene such beta-lactamase, which is used for ampicillin resistance. this plasmid is then inserted into a prokaryotic bacterial cell, such as e-coli, through a transformation process that leads to the production of the product protein from the eukaryotic organism. to culture the bacteria and obtain the protein product, the bacteria must grow. select the appropriate condition to determine if the plasmid has entered the e-coli bacterial cell.

5. In Type 2 diabetes, the connection between insulin signaling and regulation of glycogen synthesis is lost. Select ONE ENZYME
ivann1987 [24]

Answer:

See blow

Explanation:

a and b) Metformine inhibits the enzime glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase. This enzime catalyzes the conversion of glycerol phosphate to dihidrocetone phosphate. This decreases the concentration of NAD on the cytosol, and the realation NADH/NAD increases in this comparment, and decreases on the mitochondria, which restricts the conversion of lactate to pyruvate, preventing the use of the substracts to the gluconeogenesis.

Explanation:

Sperm cells are produced in male organism in the oval structure called testis. Sperm cells contain genetic information lf these sperm cells combines with the female egg cells, it produces zygote which turns into a new baby organisms. The new organism is different from their parents because half genes comes from male and half from female.
