New ships, such as the carrack and the caravel, allowed explorers to hold more cargo and the venture further than ever before. The final reason for why the Age of Exploration began is because Europeans of the time were interested in foreign cultures and goods.

The 'Final Solution' was a termed used in Nazi Germany to develop a program for getting rid of European Jews in German Lands.

Earlier plans consisted of relocating them or using them as slave labor. However, the final and more economical solution was seen as simply killing all of them.

This culminated in a Holocaust which resulted in the death of 6 million European Jews, which effectively reduced the global Jewish population by 1/3rd.
