PLS HELP With GEO FOR 50 PTS!!!!!
zaharov [31]

Without doing the math, you can can see that the 100ft marker is about 1/3rd of the bottom(combining the triangle and the rectangle) This floor is practically(if not exactly) the same length of each vertical side of the building.

"100 x 3" is 300, So I am pretty sure the answer is 308.

Good luck!

How many significant digits are there in 17.0
svet-max [94.6K]
The answer is three significant figures. The 1 and the 7 are both significant, because they are non-zero quantities.
This is where significant figures gets a little more complicated, because if a zero is used as a placeholder (i.e. 0.00027 cm) then it is insignificant.
But in the case above, the zero isn't being used as a placeholder, and thus, is significant.

The diameter of a cone is 1.5 meters, the height is 1.5 times the radius, what is the volume?
seropon [69]

Answer:

.66 cu. meters

Step-by-step explanation:

volume for cone is V=1/3 x TT x r^2 x height

TT (pi) is 3.14

radius is 1/2 of diameter (1/2 x 1.5 =  .75 )

height is 1.5 x radius (1.5 x .75 = 1.125)

V= 1/3 x 3.14 x .75^2 x 1.125

V= .66  cu. meters

PLEASE HELP ME OUT IM FAILING MATH‍♂️ Thx
Tatiana [17]
The question is looking for the amount of boxes (24 per box) needed for the event (300). If you multiply 24 by each number, you would be able to find the answer. 24*11 = 264, so that isn’t enough. 24*12 = 288, and that also isn’t enough. But if you do 24*13, you get 312, which gives you more than enough cupcakes for the event. So the answer is 13.
