Sphere with a volume of 1767.1 . what is the radius?
Llana [10]

\bf \textit{volume of a sphere}\\\\ V=\cfrac{4\pi r^3}{3}~~ \begin{cases} r=radius\\[-0.5em] \hrulefill\\ V=1767.1 \end{cases}\implies 1767.1=\cfrac{4\pi r^3}{3}\implies 5301.3=4\pi r^3 \\\\\\ \cfrac{5301.3}{4\pi }=r^3\implies \sqrt[3]{\cfrac{5301.3}{4\pi }}=r\implies 7.4999\approx r

suppose you currently own a clothes dryer that costs $20/month to operate. A new efficient dryer cost $510 and has an estimated
prohojiy [21]

The first dryer is 25 a month, so 25 times x, or 25x.

The second is 15 per month, plus an additional $710 cost, so 15x + 710. Set these equations equal to each other to find x, the amount of months where the cost of the first dryer will equal the cost of the second dryer.

25x= 710 + 15x

-15x -15x

10x=710

x=71 months

Hope this helps
