                  Me and my colleague of a rescue team is attending as male victim who is injured and is lying unresponsive. The male victim is not breathing and he has no pulse.

                  In such conditions, I instruct my other colleague to immediately start the emergency response system and get the automated external defibrillator or the AED.

                 An AED is a device that diagnoses automatically any cardiac arrest that may be fatal. It is used to deliver an external defibrillation to the patient to help the heart regain its rhythm.

Thus the answer is
